The Healthy Mind, Healthy Child (HMHC) project is driven by a European consortium committed to the emotional wellbeing of children. Each participating organisation contributes its unique expertise in education, mental health, sport and digitalisation, thus ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated approach.

Project coordinator
IDI is a Croatian association specialising in the physical, cognitive and emotional development of children through sport and education. With extensive experience in designing sports and training programmes for children, it promotes healthy lifestyles, inclusion and active participation.
👉 At HMHC, it leads the overall coordination, sports mentoring, design of training for families and teachers, and organisation of the final event.

🇪🇸 Neotalentway
Educational training and research centre focusing on digital skills, entrepreneurship and inclusive education. Neotalentway works closely with teachers, young people and professionals to improve their personal and professional opportunities through the use of educational technologies.
👉 At HMHC, it leads the design of the website, digital storytelling activities and the social media awareness campaign. It also organises an international training meeting in Spain.

🇸🇮 Športno društvo T.E.A.M. – ŠD TEAM
Sports association that works with children of all ages, including children with disabilities. It promotes social inclusion through sport, outdoor activities and training tailored to individual needs.
👉 At HMHC, she designs and coordinates outdoor adventure therapy, participates in the creation of the parent toolkit, organises local community events, and leads online consultations.
